Sunday, June 9, 2019 12:00 PM

EverWeb 3.0 is th next major update to EverWeb and we couldn’t be more excited!

With so many new features, enhancements and fixes upcoming in the next release, we wanted to focus on a few to get you ready for the next major update. Our last post focused on the all new Asset Organization features, and this post will focus on just one of the many new Contact Form improvements.

Adding a contact form to your website may open you up to unsolicited form submissions, or automatic bots sending you messages you don’t want to receive. Coming in EverWeb 3.0 is SPAM protection using Google’s reCaptcha features. Google reCaptcha is an easy to use integration that you can add to your EverWeb contact forms to make sure you never receive spam originating from your website.

Enabling Google’s reCaptcha SPAM protection for your EverWeb contact form takes only a few minutes to sign up for a free account and add the necessary information from Google to your form.

Our step by step video tutorial shows you just how easy it is to add SPAM protection to your EverWeb contact forms;

Is Google SPAM Protection free to use?

Yes, adding Google SPAM protection to your EverWeb contact forms is 100% free. There are no additional charges from EverWeb or from Google. We recommend you add the SPAM protection to protect your email inbox from any unsolicited emails.

What other new features can I expect from the Contact Forms?

We have many additional customization options including more control with Fonts, background colors, styling, and Submit button appearance. However, the major new Contact Form update will be announced in a few weeks, and we really think you’re going to like it. If you have been using the Contact Form, the new additions make managing your form submissions and gathering data from your visitors much easier!

When will EverWeb 3.0 be released?

We have so many new and exciting features, including many more additions to the Contact Forms. We are currently finalizing and testing all the new enhancements and we should have a public beta in the next few weeks.

We will post the public beta, as we always do, on our discussion forums.

Let us know what you think of the new features below. We hope you are as excited as we are for this next major release of EverWeb!
